DECLARATION
of 25 January 2011
repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
Pursuant to Article 79 (3) of the Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., the Constitution of the Czech Republic, § 19 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended, and § 90 of the Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Ministry of Education and Education No. 28.237 / 48 on the establishment of the natural reservation of the Žehuňská obora and Žehuňská pond, of 8 February 1948.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art No. 42.760 / 49, on the establishment of the natural reservation of the Chýnov cave, of 25 April 1949.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts No. 101.107 / 51-IV / 5 on the establishment of the natural reservation of the Mlýnský pond and the Rohlík pond with coastal meadows, of 13 September 1951.
4. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 61.887 / 54 - IX, on determining the area and the protection conditions of the State Natural Reservation Polem, of 7 April 1955.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2011.
