amending Act No. 306 / 1999 Coll., on the grant of grants to private schools, preschool and school establishments, as amended by Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2001 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 306 / 1999 Coll., on the grant of grants to private schools, preschool and school establishments, as amended by Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 4 (5) (d):
| „d) speciální zařízení a dětské domovy: | na 80 %,“. |
2. in Article 5 (1) (d):
| „d) u speciálních zařízení a dětských domovů: | na 100 %,“. |
Efficacy
This Law shall take effect on 1 September 2002.
