GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 January 1995
fixing the rate of duty applicable to imports of potatoes
The Government of the Czech Republic orders according to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 point g of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
(1) For subheading 0701 10 00 - seed potatoes the import duty rate of 0% applies.
(2) For subheading 0701 90 10 - Potatoes for starch production, the import duty rate of 0% is applicable.
(3) For subheading 0701 90 90 - potatoes other than potatoes, the import duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 70 000 tonnes applies.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 January 1995 and shall expire on 31 May 1995.
