of 23 January 1990
amending Act No. 218 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of Churches and Religious Companies by the State
The Federal Assembly of Czechoslovak Socialist reputations has decided on this law:
Act No. 218 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of Churches and Religious Companies by the State, is amended as follows:
1. The first sentence of Section 1 reads: "The State provides, according to other provisions of the law, personal benefits to spiritual churches and religious societies, which operate in spiritual administration, church administration or institutions for spiritual education, and which are related to those churches and religious associations whose spiritual benefits were provided by the State on 31 December 1989, to the extent that the state budgets of the Czech Socialist reputation and the Slovak Socialist Republic are laid down."
2.
Spiritual activity in churches and religious societies can only be performed by people who are righteous. "
(3) Paragraph 7 is deleted.
All provisions of the implementing provisions of Act No. 218 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of Churches and Religious Companies by a State which contravenes that Act shall cease to apply.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
