GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 March 1967
on economic instruments and single agricultural cooperative funds
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 4 (3) of the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 13 / 1967 Coll., on the modification of the Economic Code and certain other legislation, provides:
The agricultural tax is a long-term economic instrument for single agricultural cooperatives.
(1) The operational economic instruments for single agricultural cooperatives are in particular:
- prices, differential premiums, premiums for increases in market output, price increases and reductions, price intervention and turnover tax,
- stabilisation subsidies,
- wage tariffs, labour pay systems, labour consumption standards and other remuneration systems instruments,
- special-purpose subsidies,
- operating and investment credits,
- interest,
- periodic penalty payments, fines, damages and other penalties.
(2) The principles for granting differential allowances, premiums for the increase in market production, stabilisation subsidies and special-purpose subsidies are laid down by the Ministry of Agriculture in agreement with the Ministry of Finance.
(1) The single agricultural cooperatives constitute the following funds:
- the remuneration fund,
- the Fund for the Reconstruction and Development of Fundamental Resources,
- housing fund,
- the turnover fund,
- the reserve fund,
- a fund of cultural and social needs,
- other special-purpose funds.
The establishment and use of funds from these Funds shall be regulated by the statutes of the single agricultural cooperatives.
(2) The single agricultural cooperatives are obliged, by virtue of Article 22 of Act No. 53 / 1966 Coll. on the Protection of the Agricultural Soil Fund, to pay for the withdrawal of the land of agricultural production, the Reclamation Fund and investment in agricultural land.
This Government Regulation shall take effect on the date of its publication and shall apply to the management of single agricultural cooperatives as from 1967.
