Decree of the ministries of fuels, metallurgical industry and ore mines, construction, central administration of research and exploitation of radioactive raw materials and central geological office amending and supplementing Decree No 155 / 1952 Ú. l., which lays down detailed regulations for the implementation of the government regulation on the loyalty of miners

of 4 February 1965
amending and supplementing Decree No 155 / 1952 Ú. l, which lays down detailed provisions for the implementation of the Government Regulation on the loyalty allowance of miners
Ministry of Fuel, Metallic Industry and ore mines and construction, Central Administration of Research and Mining of Radioactive Materials, Central Geology Office provides in agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions pursuant to § 8 of Government Decree No. 21 / 1952 Coll., on the loyalty allowance of miners:
Článek I.
Decree No 155 / 1952 of the Ú. l., which lays down detailed provisions for the implementation of the Government Regulation on the loyalty of miners, is amended as follows:
1.
„§ 1
(1) Loyalty allowance
1. workers in mining plants and mining apprentices who work
(a) in underground mines;
(b) in shelters and quarries, in the case of roasted coal and ore plants, and in the case of the burning of magnesite, refractory clays, dandruff and quartz, where the work of those workers on 30 June 1964 has been classified in the first or second working categories for pension purposes;
(c) in the preparation, sorting, laundry and briquettes of manufacture, preparation or sorting;
(d) on surface works in the plants referred to in (a) to (c) (including workshops in the plants) which are related to mining;
(e) in the case of drilling and mining of live animals, where the work of such workers on 30 June 1964 has been assigned to the first or second working categories for pension purposes;
(f) in the geological survey, where they carry out mining work (including workshops in the factories);
2. technical staff
(a) at the Central Administration of Research and Mining of Radioactive Resources and at associations, where they perform the functions of Director, Deputy Director for Production, Head of Production, Technical or Geological Department, Chief Mechanics, Energy or Production Inspector;
(b) on national holdings where they perform the functions of:
- the Director of the national undertaking and its manufacturing, technical and economic representative,
- by a technical worker, in particular:
Production (operating) unit (s),
the technical development, development and prospects section (service),
Department of Safety and Hygiene of Labour,
Geological, geophysical and mine-measuring unit (s),
the labour and wage department,
Department of Main Mechanics and Energy,
the mining investment department,
technical inspection unit (s),
the planning department (s),
Department (department) of material technical supply (reference to the disposal of radioactive raw materials),
- the mining of technical staff of the standardisation centre (regardless of organisational subordination),
- a mining worker of the Mining Rescue Station with the character of a rescue technician awarded by the District Mining Office;
(c) in the ministries of fuels, the metallurgical industry and the ore mines and construction and the Central Geological Office, where they act as head of the production, technical or geological department, chief mechanic, energy or production inspector;
3. representatives of the head of the mining vocational training training centre, masters and masters of vocational training and instructors of mining apprentices;
4. ROH employees - Trade union workers in mining.
(2) The staff referred to in paragraph 1 (2) (a) and (c), (3) and (4), with the exception of masters, masters and instructors of mining teaching disciplines, are entitled to a loyalty allowance only if they have worked continuously for five years in mining operations immediately prior to their employment in the above institutions.
(3) The mining workers referred to in paragraph 1 (2) (b), when engaged in mining operations, are entitled to a loyalty allowance after a five-year waiting period. All continuous, immediately preceding mining employment shall be included in this waiting period.
(4) Mining operations for the purpose of the loyalty allowance shall mean the workplaces of mining sections, factories and enterprises where mining mining, construction, modification work of reserved minerals and geological research work is carried out to detect the storage of minerals. '
2. the following sentence shall be added to Article 8:
"This commission shall also provide for a detailed calculation of the functions in the trade unions (departments) covered by Section 1 (2) (b), taking into account the specific conditions of mining operations under the responsibility of the participating central authorities. ';
Článek II.
This Decree shall take effect on the day of its publication; the payment of the loyalty allowance for the 2nd quarter of the mining year 1964 / 1965 (November 1964 to January 1965) shall be made according to the provisions of this decree.
