The Council of the North Bohemian Regional National Committee in Ústí nad Labem determines in accordance with § 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, the building offices of the first degree executive bodies of the municipal national committees:

This decree shall take effect on 1 March 1961.
