amending and supplementing Act No. 60 / 1952 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Red Cross and on the use of the sign, badge and name of the Red Cross.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Act No. 60 / 1952 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Red Cross and on the use of the sign, badge and name of the Red Cross is amended as follows:
1.
"1. according to the principles laid down by the Ministry of Health, it organises and conducts public health training, organises health services from graduates of this training and imposes tasks on them, assists the state health authorities in the field of preventive and medical care, hygiene and anti-epidemic care, in the health sector, in the health care sector, in the general public in natural disasters and in the health security of the state's defence, publishes publications and magazines and performs other health and social tasks entrusted to it by the State;"

"All authorities, businesses, facilities and organisations are obliged to assist the Czechoslovak Red Cross in the performance of its tasks."
3. Article 6 (2) (b) reads as follows:
'(b) medical services of the armed forces and other armed corps;'
4. Article 6 (2) (d) reads as follows:
"(d) other bodies and persons with the express consent of the Czechoslovak Red Cross for sanitary means of transport and for facilities intended solely for the treatment of injured and sick persons."
5. the following Section 6a is inserted after Section 6:
"The provisions necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be issued by the Ministry of Health in agreement with the central authorities involved. '
The Minister of Health is hereby authorised to publish in the Collection of Laws the full text of Act No. 60 / 1952 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Red Cross and on the use of the sign, badge and name of the Red Cross, as is apparent from later regulations.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Health in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
