Government Regulation
of 27 April 1956
on the approval of railway transport plans.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 24 paragraph 1 of Act No. 97 / 1950 Coll., on Railways:
Čl. I.
Government Regulation No 37 / 1954 Coll., establishing the Railway Transport Regulations, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 9 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Annual transport plans shall be drawn up by the Ministry of Transport for the entire rail network and approved by the Government as part of the national development plan for the national economy. Quarterly transport plans with a monthly schedule shall be approved by the Minister for Transport, which shall be governed by the annual transport plan. '
2. Article 12 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The railway chief shall allocate the monthly scheduled standard to the transport of goods according to the agreed transport plan, according to the decision (schedule) of the central authorities, of the sender's superiors. '
Čl. II.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 1956; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Transport.
