of 6 February 1951
transferring to the National Committees the implementation of certain tasks of the Centre for the Working Age.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to Article 6 (2) of Act No. 96 / 1950 Coll., on a working puppy ("the Act '):
§ 1.
(1) From the responsibility of the head of the working stock, the following tasks are transferred to the Regional National Committees:
(a) care for the material provision of the nurseries of working animals [§ 3 (g) of the Act]; and
(b) supervision of the implementation of measures relating to the upbringing of workers [§ 3 (h) of the Act].
(2) Top surveillance and management of the matters referred to in paragraph 1 shall remain the headquarters of the working stock.
§ 2.
Where the nature of the case so requires, the Regional National Committee shall require the various tasks referred to in Section 1 to be carried out by the Regional National Committee.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1951; They shall be implemented by the labour, social and home affairs ministers in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
