adjusting certain rights of employed pensioners in the initial period of the five-year economic plan.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 42, paragraph 1 of the Act of 27 October 1948, No 241 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan):
(1) Beneficiaries of an invalidity, old-age or widower's pension granted under one of the provisions on social insurance in force (applicable) before 1 October 1948 who have been employed as pensioners for at least 6 months, shall not be entitled to a pension, after which the pension is not reduced because they continue to work after 30 September 1948.
(2) Entitlement to an invalidity, old-age or widower pension granted under one of the Regulations on Public Social Insurance applicable (applicable) before 1 October 1948, after the case under the Act of 15 April 1948, No 99 Coll., on National Insurance, shall not cease, after the pension is granted, to employed pensioners who are not covered by paragraph 1 if they belong to groups of employees or are employed by works provided for in the Official Gazette of the Ministry of Social Welfare in an agreement with the Single Union Organisation and after the observations of the participating top economic organisations and Central National Insurance.
(3) The provisions of the preceding paragraphs apply mutatis mutandis to the beneficiaries of public resting (provision) salaries.
(4) The provisions of § 92, paragraph 3 of Act No. 99 / 1948 Coll.
(5) The staff referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 are not entitled to sickness under § 36, § 2 and 3 of Act No. 99 / 1948 Coll.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1949; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Social Welfare in agreement with the Ministers involved.
