DECLARATION
of 26 May 2025
on the issue of a commemorative silver five hundred crown with an optical transparent element "Aeryn Aero L-39"
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 11 June 2025 a commemorative silver coin with an optical transparent element "Aero L-39" is issued for 500 CZK (hereinafter referred to as "five hundred crowns").
(2) Five hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matt relief.
(3) The five-hundredcrown corpus is driven by an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the 500 crown is 25 g, its diameter is 40 mm and its strength is 2.7 mm. In the case of embossing of a five-hundredth crown, the tolerance in the silver content shall be up to 1%, the difference in weight up to 0,50 g, the variation in diameter 0,1 mm and the variation in thickness 0,15 mm. The edge of the five-hundred crown in normal design is serrated, the edge of the five-hundred crown in special design is smooth with the feature "ČNB * THE LINE * L-39 *."
(1) The top of the coin is the Aero L-39 from the front. At the bottom of the coin, which is separated from the top of the coin by a line, is part of a dashboard with three devices. The middle instrument with an artificial horizon is represented as a pattern on a circular plastic plate, inserted into the coin in its entirety. At the top of the coin is the text "CZECH REPUBLIC." The denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "500 CZK" is at the bottom edge of the coin. The brand of the Czech Mint, which consists of the composition of the letters "No" and "M", is at the left edge of the coin.
(2) There are two Aero L-39 planes on the reverse side of the five hundred crown. Below them is a device with an artificial horizon at the bottom of the coin in a mirror roll. At the bottom edge of the coin are texts "AERO," "L," "39" and "2025." The texts are enclosed and separated by dots. The composition of the author of the coin, the academic sculptor Zbynek Fojt, which is composed of letters "F" and "Z" is at the left edge of the coin.
(3) The image of the five hundred crowns is given in the annex to this decree.
This decree shall take effect on 11 June 2025.
