The Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 3 / 17 on 11 April 2017 in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Paul Rychetský and Judges Louis David, Jaroslav Fenyk, Josef Fiala (Judge Rapporteur), Jan Filip, Jaromír Jirsy, Tomáš Licenčník, Jan Musil, Vladimir Sládeček, Radovan Suchánek, Kateřina Šimáková, Vojtěch Šimíček, Milady Tomková, David Uhír and Jiří Zemánek on the proposal from the Ministry of the Interior on the abolition of the generally binding decree of the Statutory City of Brna No. 11 / 2016 on the regulation of the sailing vessels on the parts of the Brno Water Tank, as a participant,
as follows:
The general binding Decree of the Statutory City of Brno No 11 / 2016 on the regulation of the sailing of vessels with combustion engines on parts of the Brno water tank is hereby repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
