DECLARATION
of 10 May 2012
repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 90 (11) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art No. 48267 / 52-VII / 3, on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation Mohelen Hose Step, dated 11 December 1952.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 18 584 / 73 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve Red Blato, of 29 December 1973.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 6.006 / 68-II / 2, on the establishment of the Great Swamp State Nature Reserve, of 10 February 1969.
4. Decree of the Ministry of Culture No. 54.130 / 54 - IX, on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation Sun Court, of 14 March 1955.
5. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture No. 54.407 / 54 - IX, on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation Convalinková vrch, of 20 August 1954.
6. Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 56.376 / 57-D1, on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation Doubí u Žíšov, of 2 July 1957.
7. Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 3.604 / 74 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve Fabian, of 22 February 1974.
8. Decree of the State Land Office No. 8.825 / 40 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation Granate Rock, of 9 December 1940.
9. Decree of the Ministry of Education and Education No B-42.267 / 46-III / 1 of 31 July 1946 on the establishment of the botanical reservation of Silver Huť.
10. Decree of the Ministry of Education and Education No B-183856 / 48- I / 3 on the establishment of a partial nature reserve in the cadastral territory of Sedlec, of 14 October 1948.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2012.
