repealing certain implementing provisions of Act No. 85 / 1952 Coll., on Insurance
The Ministry of Finance declares, on the basis of the Government Resolution 412 / 1960, that under Article 6 (2) of Act No 85 / 1952 Coll. limits compulsory insurance to the insurance of single agricultural cooperatives with effect from 1 January 1961:
The provisions of Decree No 79 / 1953 Ú. l. (No 113 / 1953 Ú. v.), as amended by Decree No 1 / 1954 Ú. l. (No 12 / 1954 Ú. v.), which provide for compulsory insurance of the assets of the national committees and undertakings involved in their budgets, are hereby repealed. *)
This Decree shall take effect from 1 January 1961.

*) As of 1 January 1961, only single agricultural cooperatives are required to be insured, to the extent and under the conditions laid down in the Order of the Ministry of Finance No 211 / 1959 Ú. l. (Ú. v.), on compulsory insurance of single agricultural cooperatives, which has replaced since 1 January 1960 those provisions of Decree No 79 / 1953 Ú. l. (No 113 / 1953 Ú. v.), as amended by Decree No 1 / 1954 Ú. l. (No 12 / 1954 Ú. v.) concerning compulsory insurance of single agricultural cooperatives.
