abrogating the fee equivalent.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1.
All provisions on the fee equivalent, in particular the Law of 8 April 1938, No. 76 Coll., on the fee equivalent, and the Decree of the President of the Republic of 23 October 1945, No. 107 Coll., on the transitional adjustment of the fee equivalent in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, shall expire on 30 June 1949.
§ 2.
The Minister of Finance may amend and supplement the existing provisions on the fee equivalent where this is necessary to settle it for the period up to 30 June 1949 on the assets of national undertakings or the assets of nationals, confiscated or redeemed by the State and to grant relief for the fee equivalent of assets destroyed or damaged by war or other exceptional occurrences, if necessary, to remedy irregularities. In so doing, the Minister of Finance may determine that the measures taken before the adoption of its regulations are deemed to have been taken pursuant to him if they comply with its provisions.
§ 3.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
