Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 17 September 1947
determining the figure of the monopoly duty on alcohol.
According to Article 100 (3) of the Act of 19 February 1946, No 30 Coll., on the reregulation of Czechoslovak law in the field of indirect taxes and state financial monopolies, I declare to Slovakia, in agreement with the Financial Officer:
The figure of the monopoly tax on alcohol for alcohol at all and for products to which the Czechoslovak monopolies supply alcohol at full sale price, 250 KCs per 1 hl °.
This Decree shall take effect on 22 September 1947.
