on the special allowance for state and certain other public servants, as well as the beneficiaries of state resting (provision) salaries.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
(1) As from 1 December 1945, a special annual allowance of
| a) svobodným | 3 000.- Kčs, |
| b) ženatým | 5 400.- Kčs, |
(c) any child to whom the education is due;
| při 1 dítěti | Kčs | 1.800.-, |
| na 2 děti | Kčs | 4.200.-, |
| na 3 děti | Kčs | 7.200.-, |
| na 4 děti | Kčs | 10.800.-, |
| na 5 dětí | Kčs | 15.000.-, |
| na 6 dětí | Kčs | 19.800.-, |
| na 7 dětí | Kčs | 25.200.-, |
| na osmé a každé další dítě přísluší roční přídavek ve výši | Kčs | 6 000,-. |
(2) Infully employed, whose working time exceeds 10 hours a week, as well as infully employed teachers with reduced teaching hours, receive a proportion of the special allowance (paragraph 1) according to the ratio of their working time to those fully employed in the amounts determined by the Minister of Finance in agreement with the ministers involved.
(3) A staff member whose spouse is employed or who is entitled to a retirement pension or pension from a social insurance scheme shall be treated as a single employee.
(1) As from 1 December 1945, a special annual allowance of:

The provisions of Paragraph 1 (1) (c) shall apply mutatis mutandis to each child to whom the education is due.
(2) Paragraph 1 (3) applies mutatis mutandis.
(1) The special allowance provided for in Articles 1 and 2 is payable monthly at the same time as the servant's salary and is not part of the pension base.
(2) The insurance premiums under the Act of 15 October 1925, No 221 Coll. on sickness insurance for public servants, as amended by the Regulations amending it and supplementing it, are calculated only from the special allowances provided for in Sections 1 (1) (a), (b) and 2 (1) (A), (B), (C).
(3) The special allowances provided for in Articles 1 (1) (c) and 2 (1) (D) are not subject to pension tax.
(1) State employees within the meaning of Article 1 are employees of a State, a State or a State-run institution, undertakings, funds and establishments whose pay ratios are governed by the laws or regulations issued pursuant to them.
(2) Paragraph 1 also applies
(a) for teachers covered by Law 104 / 1926 Coll.,
(b) for professors of theological dieceses (§ 211 of the Law No. 103 / 1926 Coll.).
(3) Beneficiaries of State resting (provision) salaries, widower's pensions and orphan's pensions within the meaning of Article 2 shall be understood as beneficiaries of such salaries paid out of State funds or from the resources of State institutions, undertakings and funds administered by the State.
The provisions of this Law apply mutatis mutandis to employees of countries, districts and municipalities whose salaries are adjusted according to the salary of civil servants, as well as to beneficiaries of resting (provision) salaries paid from the funds of these corporations.
This Act shall take effect on 1 December 1945; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
