GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 June 2019
amending certain regulations of the Government concerning the remuneration of public service and administration staff and civil servants
The Government orders pursuant to § 123 (6) (a) and (f) and § 129 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 364 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 365 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., and pursuant to § 145 (1) and (2) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 35 / 2019 Coll.:
Amendment of government regulations on pay ratios of public service employees and administration
Government Regulation No 341 / 2017 Coll., on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, as amended by Government Regulation No 263 / 2018 Coll. and Government Regulation No 332 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 5 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Staff
(a) a doctor or dental practitioner providing medical services referred to in § 2 (2) and (3) of the Health Services Act with a health service provider;
(b) by a doctor of a social security body pursuant to Article 3 (3) of the Act on the organisation and implementation of social security,
The fee shall be based on the scale of the rates set out in Annex 4 to this Regulation. ';
2. Point 3 of Annex 6 to Group I reads as follows:
'3. Work requiring individual access to individual persons, or decision making when choosing from multiple options, consisting of continuous direct personal contact with
3.1. Citizens in crisis social situations in which life, health, basic living needs (nutrition, clothing, accommodation) and, where appropriate, the development of minors,
3.2. Citizens in the performance of assessment services. '
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the remuneration of civil servants
Government Decree No. 304 / 2014 Coll., on the remuneration of civil servants, as amended by Government Decree No. 279 / 2015 Coll., Government Decree No. 327 / 2016 Coll., Government Decree No. 115 / 2017 Coll., Government Decree No. 342 / 2017 Coll., Government Decree No. 263 / 2018 Coll. and Government Decree No. 36 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (2), the words "social security institution 'are deleted.
2. In Annex 1, point 1 is deleted.
Points 2 to 7 shall become points 1 to 6.
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the Catalogue of Administrative Activities
The Annex to Government Regulation No 302 / 2014 Coll., on the Catalogue of Administrative Activities, as amended by Government Regulation No 399 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The following point 4 is added to Part 2 of the 20th part of the 9th grade:
"4. The organisation of the health and work capacity assessment process, temporary incapacity for work and the need for treatment, the completion of administrative requests for assessment, medical reports and medical reports and assessments of physicians and other supporting documents, the processing of calls and communications, the cessation and interruption of proceedings, the provision of data and information provided for in the legislation. ';
2. In part 2 of the 10th grade part of Part 20, the words "insurance and" shall be inserted after the word "benefits."
3. In part 2 of part 20 of the 13th grade, point 17 is deleted.
Points 18 to 20 shall be renumbered 17 to 19.
4. In Part Two of Part 20 of the 14th grade, point 9 is deleted.
Points 10 and 11 shall be renumbered 9 and 10.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2019.
