GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 June 2015
establishing the assessment basis for the person for whom the State is the payer of public health insurance premiums
The Government orders pursuant to § 3c (2) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance for Public Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2009 Coll., Legislative measure of the Senate No. 342 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 109 / 2014 Coll.:
The assessment basis for the State premium paid to the person for whom the State pays the premium is set at CZK 6,444 per calendar month.
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2016.
