THE LAW
of 6 June 2007
amending Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Memorial Care, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care, as amended by Act No. 242 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 361 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 122 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 146 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 1 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 3 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 240 / 2002 Coll.
Paragraph 14 (6) reads as follows:
"(6) The State Monument Care Body responsible under paragraphs 1 and 2 shall issue a binding opinion following the prior written statement of the expert organisation of State Monument Care with which it shall, at the request of the State Monument Care Organisation, discuss the draft of that binding opinion before the end of the procedure. Written observations shall be submitted by the State Monument Care Professional Organisation to the competent authority of the State Monument Care Service no later than 20 days after the date of receipt of the request for its preparation, unless the State Monument Care Authority, in particularly complex cases, provides for a period of no longer than 10 days. If, within a period of 20 days or an extended period, the competent authority of the State Monument Care has not received written observations, it shall issue a binding opinion without such observations. ';
Transitional provision
Administrative proceedings initiated before the date of entry into force of this Act shall be completed in accordance with existing legislation.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
