DECLARATION
of 12 May 2003
amending Decree No 298 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of wine-growing communities, the list of vineyards and their delimitation, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 5 (10) of Act No. 115 / 1995 Coll., on Vinohradship and Wine and amending certain related legislation, as amended by Act No. 216 / 2000 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 298 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of wine-growing communities, the list of vineyards and their delimitation, as amended by Decree No. 228 / 2001 Coll. and Decree No. 402 / 2002 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The following rows shall be added at the end of the Annex to Table "1. the wine-growing zone of Prague ':
| „13. Loděnice | 1. Loděnice u Berouna | 1. Kněží hora | Beroun 5-5 |
| 14. Vinařice | 1. Vinařice u Kladna | 1. Vinařická hora | Kladno 5-4, 6-4 |
| 2. Na Paloučkách | |||
| 3. V Řádcích“. |
2. In the Annex to Table "5. The wine-growing area of the Bridge ', the following row is added at the end of the table:

3. In the Annex to Table "7. the wine-growing zone of Brno ', the following row is added at the end of the table:
| „51. Brno – Vinohrady | 1. Židenice | 1. V hlavách | Blansko 7-9“. |
4. The following line shall be added at the end of the Annex to Table "14.
| „31. Lovčice | 1. Lovčice u Kyjova | 1. Lovecký | Kyjov 6-0, Bučovice 9-6“. |
5. The following rows shall be added at the end of the Annex to Table "15.

Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
