DECLARATION
Ministry of Culture
of 2 April 2002
amending Decree No. 208 / 1996 of the Ministry of Culture Coll., on the declaration of the territory of selected parts of the landscapes for conservation zones
The Ministry of Culture provides pursuant to Article 6 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care, as amended by Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 208 / 1996 Coll., on the declaration of the territory of selected parts of the landscapes for the conservation zones, is amended as follows:
In the part of the "Slatinanska-Slavicko (county of Chrudim) ', the first sentence is" south of the village of Slatinany, at the crossing point of the road I / 37 Slatinany - Sávrky with the river Chrudim' is replaced by "on the bridge where the roads between the municipalities of Svednice and Lukavice cross the river Chrudimek ', the first sentence is replaced by" on the road between the villages of Svídnice and Lukavice'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2002.
