THE LAW
of 18 June 1998
amending Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Support, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Aid, as amended by Act No. 137 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 132 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 242 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 91 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraphs 2 and 3 are added:
"(2) In the case of underage children entrusted in the territory of the Czech Republic to the care of the parent or to constitutional care, the condition for applying for permanent or long-term residence for entitlement to the benefit is not required.
(3) The county office responsible for the place of residence of the person shall waive the condition of permanent residence for the person who applied for a permanent residence permit on the territory of the Czech Republic if his or her children's nutrition or nutrition would be compromised. "
2. In Paragraph 37 (1) and (3), the words "unprovided 'and" unfurnished' are deleted.
3. In Paragraph 37 (2), at the end of the text of the paragraph, the dot is replaced by a semicolon and the following words are added: "If the child is not provided, the coefficient of 2,00 shall apply."
4. in Paragraph 37 (3) (a), "1,10" is replaced by "2,10," in point (b), "1,60" is replaced by "2,60" and in point (c), "1,80" is replaced by "2,80."
5. In Paragraph 66 (2), the words "unless otherwise provided for in this law 'shall be inserted after the words" special provisions'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
