on the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic for 1972
The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
Determination of the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic
| (1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu Slovenské socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 51 024 062 000 Kčs |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou | 51 024 062 000 Kčs |

| (2) Ve státním rozpočtu republiky je obsažen souhrnný finanční vztah rozpočtů národních výborů k státnímu rozpočtu republiky (dotace ze státního rozpočtu republiky ve výši | 6 690 500 000 Kčs |
| a účelové subvence poskytované ze státního rozpočtu republiky do rozpočtů národních výborů ve výši | 6 784 400 000 Kčs |

Empowerment
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic or, on the basis of its mandate, the Minister of Finance may, without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect in particular changes in the state budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic's national economy, organisational changes, changes in the redistribution of funds between production units and the adjustment of the global financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies to the national committees, provided that the conditions under which the aggregate financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies were established are changed.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1972.
