on the State Budget for 1969 and certain other financial measures
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Other financial measures
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic can provide guarantees for loans granted to state economic organisations in 1969.
(1) The Regional and Regional National Committees carry out the management of the allocations provided to central government economic organisations from the State Budget and carry out the financial settlement of overpayments and arrears of such allocations between these organisations and the State Budget. The provisions of the preceding sentence shall not apply to organisations for which the management of national budget allocations is carried out and the financial settlement is carried out by their superior authority; the number of these organisations is determined by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic.
(2) Paragraph 1 shall be without prejudice to the control of the Ministry of Finance provided for in Article 18 of Act No. 8 / 1959 Coll., laying down the basic rules on the State Budget and on the management of the budget.
Common and final provisions
(1) The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic shall, by 31 May 1969, revise the State Budget for 1969 to the State Budget of the Federation and the State Budget of the two Republics in agreement with the governments of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic.
(2) Until then, the government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic manages the state budget for 1969 in agreement with the governments of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic.
(3) The revised state budgets will be submitted for approval to the Federal Assembly, the Czech National Council and the Slovak National Council.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1969.
