DECLARATION
of 22 May 2023
on the issue of a commemorative silver five hundred crown with the inserted item "Tatra 603 Passenger Car"
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 14 June 2023 a commemorative silver coin with the inserted element "Tatra 603" is issued for 500 CZK (hereinafter referred to as "five hundred crowns").
(2) Five hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matt relief.
(3) The five-hundredcrown corpus is driven by an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The total weight of the five hundred koruna, including the inserted element, is 26,1 g, its diameter 40 mm and its strength 2,6 mm. The weight of the silver body is 25 g. The inserted silver element with black coating has a purity of 999 and a weight of 1,1 g. In the case of embossing of a five-hundredth crown, the tolerance in the silver content shall be up to 1%, the difference in weight up to 0,50 g, the variation in diameter 0,1 mm and the variation in thickness 0,15 mm. The edge of the five hundred crown in normal design is serrated, the edge of the five hundred crown in special design is smooth with the feature "ČNB * PERSONAL AUTOMOBIL * T603 *."
(1) On the front of the five-hundred crown, the Tatra 603 passenger car is represented from the front. The top of the coin shows the part of the vehicle dashboard, including the part of the steering wheel. The text "CZECH" is placed at the left edge of the coin and the text "REPUBLIC" at the bottom edge of the coin. The bottom half of the coin is represented as a floor made of tiles. The denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "500 CZK" is located at the right edge of the coin. The brand of the Czech Mint, which consists of the composition of the letters "No" and "M", is placed to the left of the denomination.
(2) The reverse side of the five hundred crown is divided horizontally into two parts. At the top of the car Tatra 603 is represented from a oblique view. At the bottom of the coin is shown the technical drawing of the car from the side view and part of the technical drawing of the car from the top view. Side view of the car is made as an inserted element of black color. At the top of the coin, the texts "TATRA 603" and "2023" are separated by a dot. On the left of the car, from a side view, the brand of the car is represented in the form of the brand of its manufacturer. The initials of the coins by Petra Brodská, DiS., which are composed of linked letters "P" and "B" are located at the right edge of the coin.
(3) The image of the five hundred crowns is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 14 June 2023.
