GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 April 2022
repealing Government Decree No. 416 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in protecting the population and preventing the spread of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 consisting of the construction of a back-up medical facility and its partial operation
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 14 (3) and 15 of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 46 / 2016 Coll.:
Repeal
Government Decree No. 416 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in the protection of the population and prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 consisting of the construction of a back-up medical facility and its partial service, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2022.
