amending Decree No. 490 / 2020 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 332 / 2020 Coll., on the census of people, houses and flats in 2021 and amending Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 28 (b) of Act No. 332 / 2020 Coll., on census, houses and flats in 2021 and amending Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended, for implementation of § 17 (3):
In Article 2 (2) (c) of Decree No. 490 / 2020 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 332 / 2020 Coll., on census, houses and flats in 2021 and amending Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended, the word "birth," is replaced by the words "birth and," at the end of the text of the letter, the words "or the date of birth and the identification number of the citizen's document kept in the Agendational Information System (CIL) 4)."

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
