on the extension of the commitment of Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Agreement for 2013 - 2016
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2013 - 2016, which was concluded on 17 December 2015 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Transport Union and Employers' Organisation - Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Road Transport Section, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication, with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the codes CZ - NACE 49.39, 49.41 and 52.29.
The content of Appendix 1 to the higher level collective agreement can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
