THE LAW
of 22 April 2010
amending Act No 187 / 2006 Coll., on sickness insurance, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 187 / 2006 Coll., on sickness insurance, as amended by Act No. 585 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 181 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 239 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 305 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 306 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 2 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 158 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 302 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 303 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 84 (2), the words "and to medical practitioners free of charge envelopes intended for sending specified reports and notifications pursuant to Article 61 to social security administrations in cases where the price of delivery of such consignments is paid by the Czech Social Security Administration pursuant to Article 167b 'shall be added at the end of the text in point (n).
2. In Paragraph 85 (1), the words "shall be added at the end of the text referred to in point (f); it shall conclude an agreement in accordance with Paragraph 167b and shall ensure that the envelopes referred to in Section 84 (2) (n) are issued '.
3. The following Section 167b is inserted after Section 167a, including the title:
Payment of postage
The Czech Social Security Administration shall reimburse the holder of a postal licence on the basis of an agreement concluded, the price of the delivery of the consignment sent by the medical practitioners to the social security authorities in the cases referred to in § 61 (e), (g), (i), (n), (o) and (q) using the envelopes referred to in § 84 (2) (n). '
That law shall take effect on the first day of the third calendar month following its publication.
