Council of the Regional National Committee in Prešov
of 4 December 1970
determining the district offices of local national committees in the district as construction offices
The Council of the Regional National Committee in Prešov determines in accordance with § 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 6 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, as construction offices:
1. The district office of the local national committees based in Brezovice with territorial competence for the municipalities of Brezovica, Brezovička, Nižný Slavkov, Silent Potok, High;
2. The district office of the local national committees based in Chmeľovo with territorial competence for the municipalities of Čelovec, Chmeľov, Why, Pušovka, Šarišská Trstená;
3. The district office of the local national committees based in Kapushany with territorial competence for the municipalities of Chmeľovec, Fulianka, Kapušany, Lada, Nemcovce, Circular, Podhorany, Sharishská Poruba, Trnkov;
4. The district office of the local national committees based in Lemešany with territorial competence for the municipalities of Bretejovka, Drienovská Nová Ves, Janovik, Lemešany, Ličartovce, Seniakovice;
5. The district office of the local national committees based in Pečovská Nový Vsi with territorial competence for the municipalities of Šeruica, Hanigovka, Jakovany, Jakub Voľa, Iguutina, Oilíkov, Pečovská Nová Ves;
6. The district office of the local national committees based in the Shariske Dravce with territorial competence for the municipalities of Bajerovce, Krásna Lúka, Oľšov, Poloma, Shariska Dravka, Torysa.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
