REPORTING
on the correction of print errors: 1. in Decree No. 192 / 1964 Coll., on the International Convention for the Protection of Performance Artists, Producers of Sound Records and Radio Organisations, 2. in Act No. 114 / 1965 Coll., amending and supplementing Act No. 52 / 1963 Coll., on the State Planning Commission, 3rd in Government Decree No. 132 / 1965 Coll., on the Organisation of Production Units and on their Statutes
1. In the third paragraph of Decree No 192 / 1964, in the first sentence of the third line after point (iii), the entry "and (iv)," was deleted, so that the sentence is correctly worded as follows: "The Charter of Access of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic with reservations to Article 16, paragraph 1 (a) (iii) and (iv) was deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations - depositary of the Convention - on 13 May 1964."
2. In Act No. 114 / 1965 Coll. it fell out of Article I. (1), which regulates Article 2 (1) of Act No. 52 / 1963 Coll., under (c) in the words: "translates" and "translates" the words "d," so that this provision is correctly worded as follows: "(c) it submits to the Government:"
- comprehensive development proposals for areas and guidelines for the deployment of production forces,
- proposals for major national economic measures and opinions on proposals of a fundamental nature concerning the development of the national economy submitted to the Government by other institutions,
- proposals for improving plan and economic instruments, ';
3. In the Government Decree No. 132 / 1965 Coll., in § 6 (1) there was an indication of the discussion with the competent authority of the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement, so the provision of § 6 (1) is correct as follows:
"(1) The organisation of individual production units and the management relationship between the branch of trust and subordinate organisations (the branch undertaking and associated organisations) are governed by the statutes. The status of the production unit shall be issued by the Director General after approval by the Minister and after consultation with the competent authority of the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement. For a branch undertaking without associated organisations, only the organisational rules shall be issued. '
