Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 156 / 2016 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2016, concluded on 1 March 2016 between the Higher Trade Union Body - Trade Union of Workers of Agriculture and Nutrition - Association of Free Trade Unions of the Czech Republic and the Organisation of Employers - Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic, is binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector identified by the classification codes of economic activities CZ - NACE with the code number level 1, code A Agriculture, forestry, fishing.
