GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 May 2007
amending Government Regulation No 273 / 2004 Coll., concerning the unilateral abolition of the visa requirement in respect of the Principality of Andorra, the Republic of Bolivia, the Republic of Venezuela, the Republic of Bolivia, the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic of Guatemala, Japan, the Principality of Monaco, the Republic of Nicaragua, New Zealand, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of El Salvador, the Republic of San Marino, the Holy See, the Supreme Order of the Maltese Knights, the Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of Hong Kong, the Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China Macao and the holders of the United Nations' Laissez-Passer '
The Government mandates pursuant to § 181 (a) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll., and to the extent provided by the directly applicable regulation of the European Community1):
Government Regulation No 273 / 2004 Coll., on the unilateral abolition of the visa requirement in respect of the Principality of Andorra, the Republic of Bolivia, the Republic of Venezuela, the Republic of Bolivia, the Federal Republic of Brazil, the Republic of Guatemala, Japan, the Principality of Monaco, the Republic of Nicaragua, New Zealand, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of El Salvador, the Republic of San Marino, the Holy See, the High Order of the Maltese Knights, the Hong Kong People's Special Administrative Region, the Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the holders of the United Nations' Laissez-Passer 'is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Order, the words "the Republic of Bolivia," shall be deleted.
2. Paragraph 1 (3) is deleted.
Paragraphs 4 to 17 shall become paragraphs 3 to 16.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

1) Council Regulation (EC) No 539 / 2001 of 15 March 2001 listing the third countries whose nationals must be in possession of visas when crossing the external borders and those whose nationals are exempt from that requirement, as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 1932 / 2006.
