amending Decree No. 252 / 1995 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 37 / 1995 Coll., on Non-Periodic Publications
The Ministry of Culture provides pursuant to § 4 of Act No. 37 / 1995 Coll., on Non-Periodic Publications:
Decree No. 252 / 1995 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 37 / 1995 Coll., on Non-Periodic Publications, is amended as follows:
1. Article 1 shall be deleted;
2.
The publisher will offer to purchase a copy of a non-periodic publication by him of the Library of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, the Parliamentary Library through the Office of the Chamber of Deputies, the State Technical Library, the Library of the National Museum through the National Museum, the Library of the Monument of Literature through the Memorial of the National Literature, the Central Bohemian Scientific Library in Kladno, the South Bohemian Scientific Library in České Budějovice, the Study and Scientific Library of the Pilsen Region, the North Bohemian Scientific Library in Ústí nad Labem, the Regional Scientific Library in Liberec, the Study and Scientific Library in Hradec Králové, the Moravian-Silesian Library in Pardubice, the Regional Library of František Bartoš, the Regional Association, the Regional Library of Karlovy Vary, the Regional Library of Highlands and the Municipal Library of Prague. "
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
