on the protection zones of the natural medical source in Hronov
According to § 46 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., the Ministry of Health provides for the care of the health of the people, as amended:
Preliminary provisions
(1) In order to protect the natural medical resource in Hronov protection zones 1 and 2 are established (1)
(2) The first-degree protection zone consists of the territory in which the routes of exit of the natural medical source are located. The 2nd degree protection zone consists of the territory of the base mineral water structure with the infiltration area given by the outputs of the cenoman system of the Hrono-Poreč fault.
(3) The siting of the first stage protection zone is given to the parcels of parCustoms numbers 72, 73, 1701 and the northern part of the parcel number 78 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Hronov. Graphically marked on a copy of the cadastral map, scale 1: 1 000, annexed to No 1 of this decree. The position of the protection zones in 1st and 2nd steps is graphically marked on the map in the scale 1: 50 000, annexed to No 2 of this decree.
Protective font 1st degree
(1) Level 1 protection zone (2)
(a) carry out or operate:
1. any agricultural, construction or other activity the technology of which is the handling of substances that are harmful to water quality or to water health; (3) this provision does not restrict the gentle maintenance of permanent grubbing-up of the territory;
2. landfills of waste or storage of substances (4) which threaten the quality or health of the water, (3)
3. Hydrotechnical adjustments to water flow or construction treatments which would cause a permanent increase or decrease in groundwater level; This provision does not restrict the performance of routine maintenance and necessary repairs of the water flow and the land lying there in the framework of the water flow management, 5)
4. mining or mining activity, (6) unless otherwise specified;
(b) to take drinking or productive water from groundwater sources;
(c) take more mineral water than 0,7 l / s
(2) In the protection zone (1) (2), the work referred to in paragraph 1 (a) (4) may be carried out to protect and exploit the natural medical resource only on the basis of a binding opinion of the Czech Health Inspectorate of Baths and Rays (hereinafter referred to as "the Inspectorate"). 7)
Second degree protection zone
(1) Level 2 protection zone 8)
(a) to build and operate landfills of hazardous waste and storage of hazardous waste, 4)
(b) use sources containing free CO2 above 250 mg / l to supply drinking and productive water;
(c) manage a special purpose in the forests (9) such that the natural groundwater regime could be adversely affected.
(2) In the protection zone, step 2 (8), without a positive binding opinion from the Inspectorate, or if the conditions laid down therein have not been met, 7),
(a) take groundwater with a yield above 0,5 l / s;
(b) to build and operate landfills and warehouses other than hazardous waste, 4)
(c) carry out mining or mining activity (6) to a depth greater than 6 m.
Final provisions
The necessary interim safeguard measure No. CIL-441-14.12.1992 of 15 December 1992 defining the protection zones of natural medical resources in Hronov expires on the date of entry into force of this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the third month following that in which it was declared.
