amending and supplementing Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 300 / 1993 Coll., No. 88 / 1994 Coll., No. 175 / 1994 Coll. and No. 192 / 1995 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll. and Act No. 113 / 1990 Coll.:
Decree No. 560 / 1991 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisation for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 300 / 1993 Coll., No. 88 / 1994 Coll., No. 175 / 1994 Coll. and No. 192 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1) (b), the comma at the end is replaced by a semicolon and the following sentence is added: "This does not apply to re-exports of goods imported from the Slovak Republic if the destination of those goods is in a State other than the Slovak Republic."
2. Paragraph 2 (1) shall be added to point (f), including footnote (1b):
"(f) to import goods from the Slovak Republic or export them to the Slovak Republic. (1b)
1b) The Treaty establishing a customs union between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic was published under No 237 / 1993 Coll. '.
3. the following point (d) shall be added to Article 2 (2):
"(d) to import goods from the Slovak Republic or export them to the Slovak Republic. (1b) ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
