Czech National Council
of 19 December 1983
on the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1984
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
(1) The total revenue of the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "State Budget of the Republic") is fixed at:

the total expenditure of the Republic's state budget shall be determined:

(2) The state budget of the Republic includes:
(a) subsidies from the State Budget of the Federation to the State Budget of the Republic
| ve výši | 74 718 500 000 Kčs, |
(b) financial relations with the budgets of the national committees, namely:
| neúčelové dotace ve výši | 26 049 800 000 Kčs, |
| účelové subvence ve výši | 23 357 500 000 Kčs |
(Annex No 2).
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or under its authority the Minister of Finance, may, unless this is without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, include in particular changes in the state plan for the development of the Czech Socialist Republic's national economy, organisational and price changes, changes in the context of the adjustment of economic instruments in foreign trade and the adjustment of non-purpose subsidies and of the purposeful subsidies of national committees where the conditions under which non-purpose subsidies and special purpose subsidies have been determined are changed.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1984.
