The Federal Statistical Office provides, pursuant to § 35 (2) of Act No. 21 / 1971 Coll., on a single system of socio-economic information:
Decree No 95 / 1976 Coll., on the uniform classification of basic funds, is amended as follows:
1.
(1) Users of basic funds are required to use the codes listed in the supplier's documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) to identify the basic funds.
(2) For a set of articles or a combined technological and construction unit which is considered as a single basic device, 5) the user is obliged to identify the code of such a basic device, according to the purpose for which the set or technological and construction unit is intended.
(3) If the nature or use of the basic device (e.g. in reconstruction or modernisation) changes and, as a result, the basic device has to be reclassified into another field, the user shall make a change to the basic device register on the date of re-entry into use. Where the costs incurred are financed by means of investment, the change in the classification of basic funds shall be made at the latest in accordance with the accounting records for the transfer of investment costs to the purchase price of basic funds. ';
2. the following paragraph 4 is added to Article 3:
"(4) If the technical level of the basic device is increased due to the reconstruction or modernisation of the basic device, the organisation shall, in its register, amend the additional technical level code referred to in paragraph 1 from the date of re-entry into service of the basic device. ';

(1) Suppliers of the basic funds referred to in Article 3 (1) are required to indicate in the economic supply contracts, delivery notes and invoices (at the stage invoicing on the last invoice), in addition to the codes of the single classification of industry and products (7), the codes established by this decree, including the supplementary technical level code of the basic funds.
(2) The same obligation is for suppliers to reconstruct and modernise the basic means in cases where the supply changes the degree of technical level of the reconstructed or upgraded basic device. "
4. the following paragraph 3 is added to Article 7:
"(3) Cases of additional classification of subjects (Section 5) in the single classification of basic funds are normally implemented by the Federal Statistical Office by measures published in the Central Statistical Authorities' Reports and reported in the Collection of Laws. '
Annex 1 to Decree No 95 / 1976 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The names of the fields are changed:
(a) in class 3, energy and propulsion machinery and equipment and in class 6, the means of transport shall be the name of the field 429.
(b) in class 4, working machinery and equipment, and in class 6, means of transport shall be known as the field 463 Inland Ships and floating equipment (excluding sports boats);
(c) in class 5, instruments and special technical equipment shall bear the name of the field 383 Radio communication equipment, the name of the field 397 Medical technology including apparatus and the name of the field 404 Indicative and signalling equipment;
(d) in Class 6, means of transport shall be the name of the field 464 Ships of sea and ships of mixed voyages.
2. The codes and field names for Class 1 Buildings (including accessories) are as follows:
