amending and supplementing Decree No. 143 / 1964 Coll., laying down the basic conditions for the supply of heating gases, oil and gazoline
The Ministry of Mining, in agreement with the participating central authorities and after approval by the main arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides for Section 392 of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll.
Decree No. 143 / 1964 Coll., which issues the essential conditions for the supply of heating gases, oil and gazoline, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 7 (2) reads as follows:
"If the customer requests a change in the quantity determined by the quarterly breakdown of consumption per month, he shall be obliged to apply for it no later than one week before the beginning of the specified period. '
2. in Paragraph 14, the following paragraph is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) Collectors who collect heating gases in the retail range shall be required to report to the supplier the quantities of heating gases actually collected during the previous month no later than 2 days after its expiry on a form issued by the supplier. '
3.
"Specific regulations apply to the invoicing and payment of the supply of gas from the gas pipeline within the retail range; *) the supplier is obliged to send collection invoices for such supplies within 7 days after the end of the last month."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1966.
