Government Regulation
of 5 December 1950
on the exercise of competence in the field of social security of participants in the struggles for independence and liberation of the Czechoslovak Republic.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 (1) (a) of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on changes in the organisation of public administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
§ 1.
In the field of social security for participants in the struggles for independence and liberation of the Czechoslovak Republic and their family members, which has been carried out by the Ministry of National Defence so far, the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare goes to the State Office for War Damage in Prague, as regards participants in Slovakia, to the State Office for War Damage in Bratislava.
§ 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 1950; They shall be carried out by national defence and labour and social services ministers in agreement with participating members of the Government.
