on the payment of fines and certain other transactions in administrative proceedings.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The fines for administrative misconduct and order fines imposed by the authorities or public authorities, as well as the forfeited security, the proceeds of the claims on guarantees and the proceeds of the cashwork declared as forfeited in administrative proceedings shall flow to the Treasury, with the exception of the amounts which, under the relevant rules, fall under the Liquidation Fund.
The validity of any existing provisions contrary to the provisions of Section 1 shall be revoked, in particular:
1. Paragraph 233 of the General Mining Act of 23 May 1854, No 146, as amended by Article 3 of the Law of 23 November 1927, No 169 Coll.,
2. the relevant provisions of the municipal establishment, as well as the urban statute, on the imposition of fines;
3. Article 11 of the Law of 14 July 1927, No. 125 Coll., on the organisation of political administration,
4. Paragraph 128, paragraph 7 of the Act of 20 May 1937, No 86 Coll., on Railways (Railway Act), and
5. Paragraph 4 (2) to (4) of the Slovak National Council Regulation of 7 February 1946, No 10 Coll. on the temporary adjustment of the financial economy of the counties, as amended by the Slovak National Council Regulation of 19 December 1947, No 90 Coll. SNR.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
