on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Price Field, as amended, and pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued a price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 1 / 2024 of 31 May 2024 on regulated gas supply prices.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 1 / 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 31 May 2024, amounting to 3.
The price decision became valid on that date of publication. Price Decision No 1 / 2024 shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
