amending Act No. 38 / 2021 Coll., amending Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, Act No. 120 / 2001 Coll., on judicial enforcement and enforcement activities (Enforcement Regulations), as amended, and Act No. 119 / 2001 Coll., laying down rules on cases of parallel enforcement of decisions, as amended, and Act No. 191 / 2020 Coll., on certain measures to mitigate the effects of Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 on persons involved in the trial, injured, victims of criminal and legal persons, and on the amendment of the Insolvency Act and Civil Code, as subsequently amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to Act No. 38 / 2021 Coll.
In Part Four, Article VI of Act No. 38 / 2021 Coll., amending Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, Act No. 120 / 2001 Coll., on judicial executors and enforcement activities (Enforcement Regulations), as amended, and Act No. 119 / 2001 Coll., laying down rules for cases of parallel enforcement, as amended, "1 April 'is replaced by" 1 July'.
Amendment to Act No. 191 / 2020 Coll.
Act No. 191 / 2020 Coll., on certain measures to mitigate the effects of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 epidemic on persons involved in legal proceedings, damaged, victims of criminal offences and legal persons and amending the Insolvency Act and the Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 460 / 2020 Coll., Act No. 601 / 2020 Coll. and Act No. 94 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 23 (1), "31 January 'is replaced by" 30 June'.
2. In Paragraph 27 (1), "28 February 'is replaced by" 30 June';
Transitional provision
In enforcement proceedings and enforcement proceedings initiated before the date of entry into force of this Act, Article 23 of Act No. 191 / 2020 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Act, shall not apply if the case was granted before the date of entry into force of that Act.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 31 March 2021.
