GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 April 2020
amending Government Regulation No. 83 / 2020 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
In Section 1 of the Decree of the Government No. 83 / 2020 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the number "2096 'is replaced by" 4096'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
