The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2017 - 2020, concluded on 6 December 2016 between the Contracting Parties

Czech Energy Union
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for 2017 - 2020 concluded on 12 December 2016 between the Contracting Parties

and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of public transport.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2017, concluded on 12 December 2016 between the Contracting Parties
