GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 May 2016
amending Government Regulation No. 278 / 2008 Coll., on contents of individual trades, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 73a of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 155 / 2010 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 278 / 2008 Coll., on content charges of individual trades, as amended by Government Decree No. 288 / 2010 Coll., Government Decree No. 368 / 2012 Coll. and Government Decree No. 365 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, the words ", extension, thickening 'are inserted after the word" preparation' in the contents of the trade in "Barber, hairdresser 'in the column" Content content of the trade'.
2. In Annex No 1, the content content of the trade of the craft in the "Kominicism" business in the column Content content of the trade shall be as follows:
"Cleaning, checking and testing of combustion processes and reporting on the cleaning or control of the combustion process. Implementation of the combustion road revisions and reporting on the combustion road revision. Cleaning and checking of fuel appliances solid, liquid and gaseous; cleaning and control of technological appliances - bakery, pastry and other industrial ovens, including steam and cremation ovens. Cleaning and checking of smoke channels, carrying out roadworthiness tests and detecting defects of heating equipment in industrial buildings. Installation, dismantling and treatment of smoke pipes, system chimneys, vertical smoke pipes with chimney function and air-combustion systems. Measurement of combustion efficiency (chimney losses), measurement and calculation of the content and composition of flue gases, measurement of dust particles, chimney thrust, fuel humidity, pressure loss of combustion air supply and analysis of ash. Thermal technical calculations of combustion pathways. ';
3. In Annex No 2 Content content of trades linked to the trade "Production of hazardous chemicals and hazardous chemical mixtures and sale of chemicals and chemical mixtures classified as highly toxic and toxic 'in the column Content content of the trade" single or repeated exposure category 1' is replaced by "single or repeated exposure category 1 or 2 'and the third sentence is deleted.
4. In Annex 2, Content content of trades linked to the trade "Eye optics' in the column Content content of the trade the text reads:
"Individual manufacture, supply and repair of optical corrective medical devices, detection of pupil position, inclination and deflection of the lens centre and other parameters needed to produce optical corrective medical devices intended for distance, reading or other working distance. Measurement and evaluation of the parameters needed to produce optical corrective medical devices, recalculation by the physician or optometrist of the indicated dioptric value of the astigmatic correction and calculation of the correction change due to its final position in front of the eye, adaptation of the optical corrective device to the dimensions of the user's head to meet functional, hygienic, safety and aesthetic requirements. Reporting on the use and maintenance of optical corrective medical devices, advice on the selection of corrective frames, recommendations of suitable types and modifications of lenses.
In the course of trade, the sale and repair of glasses frames, mass-produced optical corrective medical devices, sunglasses and protective glasses may also be carried out. Sale of accessories for glasses and contact lenses, devices and devices intended for maintenance, for the protection of optical corrective medical devices and eye protectors (for example, glasses cases, wipes and liquids intended for cleaning of lenses). '
5. In Annex 2 The content content of the trades linked to the trade "Implementation, changes and disposal 'is added to the following:" Purchase, sale, destruction and disposal of pyrotechnic articles of categories P2, T2 and F4 and execution of fireworks' and the text in the column "Content content of the trade 'reads:" Purchase, sale, destruction and disposal of pyrotechnic articles of categories P2, T2 or F4 and execution of fireworks according to the pyrotechnic Act.
In the course of trade, pyrotechnic products of categories P1, T1, F1 to F3 may be purchased, sold, destroyed and disposed of and fireworks carried out under the pyrotechnic Act. '
6. 7. The following shall be inserted in Annex 2, under the heading "Trade-related life ':" The purchase, sale, destruction and disposal of pyrotechnic articles of categories P2, T2 and F4 and the execution of fireworks'.
8. In Annex 2, in the part of the "Trade-related Proliferation" of the "Special Protection Disinfection, Disinsection and Deratization - without the use of toxic or very toxic chemicals and chemical products, excluding special protection disinfectants, disinsecting and deratizing in food and agricultural plants, - in food or agricultural plants, - in toxic or highly toxic chemicals or chemical products," and "toxic or highly toxic chemicals or chemical products," the words "toxic or highly toxic chemicals and chemicals" are replaced by "chemical mixtures classified as toxic or highly toxic."
9. In Annex 3 The content content of the trades licensed in the title of business "Research, development, production, destruction, disposal, processing, purchase and sale of explosives' shall be supplemented by the words" and performance of explosive works' and in the column "Content content of the trade is added at the end of the paragraph to the sentence" Implementation of explosive works under the Mining, Explosives and State Mining Administration Act ', which means a professional activity using the energy of chemical explosive transformation involving a set of working processes, in particular charging explosives, preparation and charging of explosive charges, the production of an ignited network, detonation of charges (blast) and explosion of explosives (blast)'.
10. In Annex 3 The content content of the trades licensed shall be deleted.
11. In Annex 3, the words "and the execution of shredding works' shall be added to the part" Proportionality of the licensed activity 'of the trade "Research, development, production, destruction, disposal, processing, purchase and sale of explosives'.
12. In Annex 3, in the part "Proportionality of the concession ', the trade" Implementation of shredding and fireworks' is deleted.
13. In Annex 4 The content content of the business free from each branch of activity No 39 "Production of medical devices" in the column Content content of the business in paragraph 2 is replaced by "individually manufactured optical corrective medical devices."
14. In Annex 4 The content content content of the business free from each branch of activity No 48 "Wholesale and retail" in the column Content content of the business in the second paragraph shall be replaced by the words "hazardous chemicals or mixtures classified as toxic or highly toxic, pyrotechnic articles of category P2, T2 or F4."
15. in Annex 4 Content content content free from each branch of activity in the field of activity No. 73 "Operation of cultural, cultural, educational and entertainment facilities, organisation of cultural productions, entertainment, exhibitions, fairs, shows, sales and similar events" in the column Content content of the field of activity in the first paragraph, the words "activities of stunners and other facilities and events serving entertainment." are replaced by the words "and other facilities and events serving entertainment. The performance of fireworks and the operation of stuntmen." and at the end of the second paragraph, the sentence "The content of the activity is also not the execution of fireworks."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2016.
