THE LAW
of 9 July 1994
supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of State ownership transfers to other legal or natural persons, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of transfers of ownership of the State to other legal or natural persons, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 438 / 1991 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 282 / 1992 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 473 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 170 / 1993 Coll., is added as follows:
In Article 15 (2), the following point (j) is added:
"(j) to transfer CZK 6,1 billion to the State Environmental Fund, which will be used to finance actions to improve the environment."
This Law shall take effect on 1 August 1994.
