pursuant to Sections 51 (1) and 70 (1) (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of the Health of the People, Decree of 27 April 1990 No. OP- 602-24.4.1990 on the casting of certain functions by bankruptcy.
The proceeds include a list of functions in the health sector, which are covered by bankruptcy, bankruptcy rules and conditions.
The proceeds will be published in the Bulletin of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and can be seen in the KNV Health Department, in the Social Affairs and Health Unions of the ONV and in the regional institutions of national health. The proceeds can be ordered for payment at the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic.
The proceeds shall take effect on the date of notification in the Collection of Laws.
